UTL Universal Floor Cleaner (concentrate) cleans all types of flooring such as natural wood, laminate, vinyl, polyurethane and engineered flooring. It does not damage these floors with harsh chemicals. UTL Universal Floor Cleaner is a bio-based colloidal cleaner and degreaser which uses the power of nano-technology and colloidal micelles to tackle the most challenging cleaning needs. UTL Universal Floor Cleaner is a highly effective cleaning solution, capable of removing all hydro-carbon soils (petroleum derivatives, fats, oils, greases, lipids, proteins, and sugars). Micelles are sub-microscopic, electrically charged particles that, when activated in water, repel each other in a ceaseless random movement. Micelles in liquid solution measure only 2 to 4 nanometers in size, 50 to 100 times smaller than the particles created in typical cleaners and detergents. This small size and their extreme surface area to volume ratio enable the micelles to penetrate complex carbon molecules, and emulsify organic matter. Colloidial Micelles do not produce a chemical reaction that generate new compounds when introduced into another material or the environment. They in fact, break down carbon based molecules into smaller molecules and/or atoms that can be easily assimilated and metabolized by normal soil or water microorganisms.

Floors/Drains: Wash floors with 1 part UTL to 5 parts water, and let stand for 5 minutes, then rinse down drains OR pour high foam disinfectant, 1 part UTL to 10 parts water, directly into drain. Walls: Apply 1 part UTL to 10 parts water, to walls from bottom up, let sit, and then wipe from top down. Use high foam formula for superior adhesion to wall surfaces.
